Ketamine Awareness (Angus)

This facilitator led course aims to explore key issues related to Ketamine use in Scotland, including its effects and impacts. Increasing awareness of harm reduction and support strategies. 

Course objectives:  

  • Recall the current and emerging ketamine trends and polydrug use​
  • Identify the physical and psychological effects and recognise the wider impact of ketamine.​
  • ​Have an awareness of harm reduction and other support strategies.​

Informed Level: The informed level specifies the baseline practice-specific knowledge and skills every worker in the drugs and alcohol sector should be developing upon entering employment. 

Please do not book training on another person’s behalf, each learner should set up their own account on the SDF Learning Centre to book their own training. This allows the learner to track their own learning progress and receive certificates on completion of training for their CPD records.
